This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Magic AI regarding your use of our mobile applications and associated services (collectively, the "Apps").
By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Apps. If you have any questions, contact us at magicaiapphelp@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Apps. Parents or guardians must approve and supervise use by minors.
Magic AI grants you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device you own or control.
Apps may update automatically. Your use may require an internet connection and data charges may apply.
The Apps may offer a variety of features and may include third-party services or content governed by separate terms.
Magic AI is not responsible for third-party content or websites. Use at your own risk.
We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for securing your device and account.
If account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate info and keep your password secure.
To uninstall an App, use your device’s uninstall function. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions.
We may use technical data and publicly shared reviews to improve the Apps. To opt-out of review use, contact magicaiapphelp@gmail.com.
All content and software are owned by Magic AI or its licensors. You may not reuse or copy content except as permitted.
You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to use it for promotional or functional purposes within the App.
We may terminate your access for breach of this EULA or at our discretion. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps.
The Apps are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use the Apps.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Magic AI and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Apps.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions.
U.S. government users are granted only those rights specified under applicable regulations for commercial software.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, unless a small claims court is appropriate. Class actions are not permitted.
